There's no such thing as a free lunch, but you can brown bag it at our office, and we'll pop for the pop! What's for dessert? Usually, we end up with the beginning of a beautiful new relationship. And that's a recipe that nourishes both of our organizations.

Now we hate "meetings" as much as you do, so we make the first hour count, for both of us. Wordspecs will get to know your business, your style, your philosophy your mission. We'll develop a clear understanding of where you've been and where you want to go. And you will leave with a menu of doable ideas that are just right for your organization and your budget. You'll also understand how we work and how we charge.

If you decide to continue a relationship with Wordspecs, the fee for your first hour will be applied to your first project. If you prefer self administered promotions, you might want to take advantage of our new “ad coaching,” or bring us in for additional consulting on an hourly basis.

What’s an "ad coach"?

An ad coach is an advertising professional who is available to you on an hourly or retainer basis. The process is quite a bit like hiring a personal trainer (or a therapist!). Our responsibility is to keep your advertising plan moving forward—whether you are executing your own plan, working with another graphic arts firm or using media staff to create your advertising. Wordspecs will develop (or adapt) your overall plan and offer the professional support you need to keep moving forward? New campaign not working as fast as you like? We'll evaluate your choices and give your realistic expectations. Business slowing down? We'll provide the discipline and courage to keep your advertising plan in place. Your current campaign may be successful, but getting old. We'll reinvent it so that you maintain your positioning but freshen your approach.

Need help getting started? We offer a New Client Form. You may want to review and complete this form before our meeting, but it's not "required"!

It’s your turn to show and tell

We sincerely enjoy "getting to know you." Please bring these to your initial consultation, or better yet, mail them to us in advance of our meeting. Wordspecs will review your materials at no additional charge.

  • Bring the best reproduction copy of your logo, or better yet, a digital file for us to review. (If you don't have a logo or it is not in a digital format, we can do that for you, too.)
  • Bring copies of materials you already have for your business, for example, brochures, print ads, direct mail pieces you have used in the past.
  • Bring your competitors' materials too. (When we're done with you, you won't have any competition!)
  • Bring examples of others' materials you have seen and liked. While your materials should be uniquely "you," a scrapbook of others' approaches that appeal to you help us get a quick take on your own taste, style and personality.
  • Bring an idea what your annual budget for promotion is. (That's right, we work with your budget!)

What you hear is what you get!

At the end of your hour, you get to walk away with what you've learned. How can you feel confident that Wordspecs has the new ideas and capabilities to execute them? Just hear what we have to say. The "W" is Wordspecs stands for "wow!" But we won't put words into your mouth (until you hire us to do so). If you don't say "wow!," we're not the agency for you.
